Order Processing & Return Policies

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped.

Items may arrive in different boxes on different days. All orders are final and cannot be changed once they are placed. Items are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Product may be returned at the buyer's expense unless defective within 15 days of purchase. Buyer must first contact the seller for instruction on returning the item (fireflycrossing@gmail.com). Items must be well packed to prevent damage. All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sold. For items that arrived damaged, report damage within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packing materials and the original box as the carrier may need to inspect. A replacement may be sent or a refund offered at our discretion. Some products we carry are limited in quantity and a replacement is not guaranteed.

Note: Orders will not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is based on actual weight and zone according to the cheapest carrier. Items may be combined so as to save on shipping.
